Full-Time | In-Office | Melbourne, FL

Morgan Financial is a mortgage lender that has been serving Brevard County and beyond since 2002. We produce educational content to build trust, generate leads, and keep our community informed about the mortgage market. This is not a creative agency — it's a results-driven operation built on consistency and execution.
 
 
ABOUT THIS ROLE
 
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Content & Publishing Coordinator to keep our content engine running every single day. This is not a videography or video production role. You will not need a filmmaking background. What matters most is that you show up, follow the process, make simple edits, and publish — reliably and on schedule.
 
Video editing will be trained on the job. What we cannot train is work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow a repeatable system without constant supervision.
 
If you thrive on routine, love checking things off a list, and take pride in never missing a deadline — this role was made for you. We don't need a filmmaker — but we do want someone who's always looking for a better, faster way to get it done.
 
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
 
Record
  • Set up the recording space each day (simple, consistent setup completed by checklist every day)
  • Film the daily educational show with the host (stationary camera – click and record)
  • Ensure audio and video quality meet our basic standards by checking the equipment before we get started
 
Edit
  • Trim and clean up raw footage using simple editing techniques (training provided)
  • Add captions, on-screen text, and calls-to-action using templates we've already created
  • Clip 3–5 short-form videos from each show for social media
  • This is less about creativity and more about consistency
 
Review & Post
  • Review each piece of content before it goes live
  • Publish to YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok ON TIME
  • Ensure the correct links, offers, and lead magnets are attached to each post
 
Repeat
  • Follow the daily and weekly publishing checklist — every day, every week
  • Flag any issues early so nothing slips through
  • Help refine the process over time as we grow

  • An in-person position that requires you to show up on-site every day

  • A strategy or marketing role

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
 
We're not hiring based on a portfolio. We're hiring based on who you are. While the role is built on routine, we actively encourage ideas that improve the process — if you see a smarter way to do something, we want to hear it.
 
  • You show up consistently and take your commitments seriously
  • You can follow a checklist and a repeatable workflow without needing constant direction
  • You have some familiarity with posting content on social media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) — even personal use counts
  • You're comfortable on a computer and willing to learn simple video editing software
  • You care more about getting the job done than making it perfect
  • You have some prior work experience — any field (reliability matters more than industry)
  • You are local to Brevard County or nearby and available to work in-office
 
 
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
 
  • Daily educational show recorded and published — 5 days a week, every week
  • 3–5 short-form clips posted per show with no missed publishing days
  • Content goes live with the correct links, captions, and CTAs every time
  • The process runs smoothly with minimal rework or correction
