Morgan Financial is a customer-focused mortgage banker built on delivering exceptional client experiences and moving fast without sacrificing quality. We are looking for a Mortgage Processor who excels in a customer-facing, phone-driven environment and takes pride in creating a smooth, stress-free experience for clients.

This is not a “sit behind email all day” role — we are looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, proactive, and thrives in real-time communication.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and process residential mortgage files from application through closing 
  • Proactively call borrowers to collect documents and move files forward 
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with providing documentations through secure methods
  • Review and verify documentation (income, assets, credit, title, insurance, etc.) 
  • Submit complete, organized files for final underwriting 
  • Clear conditions quickly and efficiently 
  • Coordinate with Loan Officers, Assistants, Underwriters, and Customers 
  • Manage pipeline deadlines and keep all parties updated 
  • Maintain accuracy in all systems and documentation 
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience from start to finish 
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in an office environment 
  • Strong customer service background with emphasis on phone interaction 
  • Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
